Terms of Service.

1. Orders

Placing an order on huntingtonbeachflower.app constitutes an offer to purchase, accepted when we send an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, in which case we will refund any amount charged.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. We collect California sales tax on taxable items.

2. Substitutions

Floral arrangements are composed from what is freshest at the local market each morning. Where a specific stem is unavailable, we substitute with one of equal or greater quality and a similar visual character. The overall composition, colour palette, and impression are preserved.

3. Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 1 PM Pacific within our coverage area. Delivery windows are estimates; we do not guarantee delivery within a specific hour.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a recipient is not present, our courier may leave the arrangement at the door, with a neighbour, or with a building concierge at their judgment.

4. Refunds & quality

If an arrangement arrives damaged or in less-than-perfect condition, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph. We will replace the arrangement, issue a credit, or refund — your choice.

After 24 hours we are unable to verify the condition at delivery. Refunds are not issued for the natural life cycle of cut flowers (wilting, petal drop) past that window.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge until composition begins (typically 4 hours before the delivery window). After composition begins the arrangement has been built and we cannot offer a refund, though we will make every reasonable effort to redirect the delivery.

6. Wedding & event florals

Wedding and event work is governed by a separate signed agreement. A 30% non-refundable deposit holds your date; the balance is due 14 days before the event. Cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit; cancellations within 14 days are billed in full.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the total amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms at any time. The current version is the one posted on this page; the date of last revision appears below.
